Confirm your booking
An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. We’ll confirm availability, the agreed job details, total price including any applicable VAT, payment deadline and applicable booking terms in writing before you commit.
Waiting time and additional costs
Any included loading or unloading time, waiting rate, billing increments and known parking, toll or other costs will be stated in your written quote. Tell us about extra stops, stairs, lifting help or changes to the job so these can be agreed before the work proceeds.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as your plans change. The cancellation arrangements will be provided before you book. Any charge must reflect the applicable agreement and your legal rights; this page does not impose an automatic cancellation fee.
Load size and safe access
Our stated load space is 410 cm long, 170 cm wide and 200 cm high, with a maximum load of up to 1,150 kg. Usable space and payload depend on the particular load and vehicle. Door openings and wheel arches can restrict fit. Please confirm packaging, loading equipment and help at both addresses with us before booking.
Goods and cover
Tell us exactly what is being transported, including its value and any fragile, hazardous, temperature-sensitive or otherwise specialist requirements. Acceptance and any relevant cover must be confirmed for the particular job before booking.
Delivery and concerns
Agree the recipient, contact details and any required proof of delivery when booking. If anything goes wrong, contact rwlogistics.bookings@gmail.com with your booking details and a description of the issue. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
